The 700 dwt ship is Havyard’s first of a series of 12 ferry designs for Fjord1. Featuring a length of 111 meters and a width of 17 meters, the ship is able to reach the speed of 10 knots. The ferry is able to carry around 400 passengers and 120 cars across the fjord in an efficient manner, and minimal energy consumption has been a key focus in the development of the design.
